    Received offers from employer that included Salerno Duane Ford . Went with my husband on July 4 th and had a pleasant experience as far as car buying goes . No secret talks no badgering . Salesman , manager and finance man all very respectful!

    First off, the Salerno Duane family of vehicle dealerships has prestige and pedigree that is well reknowned amongst competitors. Clean lobbies, comfortable waiting rooms, water and coffee, as well as helpful staff and management. Service department is the same and they try to get you the best deal possible and save you with complimentary services when possible (e.g. topping off your windshield washer fluid). I personally dealt with Bill Devine and he was in a league of his own. Immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease; you’re dealing with an uncle and he makes you feel like you’re family. You can tell he’s going to bat for you and Hopkins you up as much as possible. The management is also right there with you with welcoming handshakes and immediate attention. A+ experience and I will buy my next Ford here.

    This was my second truck purchase from Salerno Duane Ford in the last eight years. They are very fair and transparent in their approach and will work with you on your trade in and get you the best price on the vehicle you want. I would highly recommend them.

    Buying a new Ford vehicle at Salerno Duane Ford was a great experience. There was no funny business. Bill Devine, my Ford salesperson, was straight forward and a great listener. We discussed what I was looking for. He clearly identified my options. We reviewed them and I made some decisions. I would recommend Bill to any one looking to purchase a Ford vehicle in the future. My new F-150 Platinum with the V8 is amazing!

    After talking on the phone with the kind and considerate Adriana, I took train from Manhattan to Summit, NJ to Salerno Duane Ford on the busy Memorial Day weekend Saturday to look at 2017 Explorers. Pete showed me the entire line-up, explained the differences and costs without any pressure. We looked at multiple pricing options on a couple different Explorers and we went for a spin. Dealt with GEICO on the spot (got insurance), made the lease happen and I DROVE back to Manhattan. Pete even agreed to bring the plates into the city for me (once in) so I didn't have to travel back to Summit. SD is a family business and not a boiler-room, so comfortable atmosphere.

    Knowing the car that I wanted to purchase brought me to this dealership. Being the first time I ever bought a car, Bob Montgomery took his time to get me through the process. He was willing to answer any question I had about the buying process or about the car. It's a long trip for me to get there, but if I have to buy another car, I would gladly buy it from Bob.

    My family and I have been looking around for a car for some time now, and I was getting very frustrated with how I was being treated every time I walked into a car dealership. I felt like these salesmen would run up to me just to make a buck. I was more than impressed with the entire staff at Salerno Duane Ford and especially my sales associate Mike. He was courteous and respectful and he helped me numerous times throughout the process. He was straightforward and transparent and didn't treat me the way I had been at all the other dealerships.

    I was shopping around for an family van. After watching the TV adds on the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica, I went to the same dealership where I bought my first car. Here I was greeted by a very friendly guy called John Cola. He showed me the van and answered all my questions. Since I didn't have time to do a test drive, we agreed to meet on the following day. I did the test drive with John and we talked about a really good deal that Salerno Duane was offering. John was very patient and showed me all the different options. Each Chrysler Pacifica in the deal came with a different package. John advise me on what package was best for me and my lifestyle. Long story short, it was getting late and I wanted to close on the deal on that day due to my hectic schedule. John and the Finance Manager, Andreas were very accommodating and stayed after business hours to close the deal with me and I left with my new Chrysler Pacifica. John really went though hoops to make it happen and have me leave with my new car. At that time, most of the staff was left so John had to multi task (i.e. get out the exact van I wanted from the lot, fill up the tank, etc.). I've had many buying experiences and I have never met someone as committed as John. He's really focused on the customer and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him in the future.

    I have been in the market for several months looking for a vehicle - after endless research, I finally decided to go with a Ford Edge SEL. I went to several dealers, one which I would never purchase a vehicle from if my life depended on it based on their shady business practices. I found the car I wanted at Salerno-Duane and was connected to Bob - when I say that my experience was overwhelming positive, that truly is an understatement. Bob was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond trying to assist me throughout the car buying process to insure that my experience was as pleasant as buying a car could be. I was most impressed when not only did the dealership contact me to initially apologize that one vehicle that I was interested in was no longer available (as I was leaving to go to the dealership for a test drive), but that Bob contacted me himself to make sure that I received the message and personally apologize. This is service that is taken for granted and quite frankly, just doesn't happen anymore. Not only did I purchase my vehicle through Salerno-Duane and Bob, but they actually made the experience pleasant. Where I dreaded the whole buying process, they made the purchase easy and seamless - I was truly excited knowing that I would be getting a new vehicle and that I was dealing with an upstanding, respectable dealership. It is refreshing to see that customer service is not just a word but a belief - something that is missing from most dealerships today. I would strongly recommend any person in the market looking for a vehicle to contact Salerno-Duane and especially Bob to assist you with questions, concerns, etc. You'll see customer service as it should be not what it has become. Thank you Bob and your team for making my car buying experience personal, positive and pleasant!

    Bob Cerza, Sales Consultant: Bob was very helpful in my lease of a Mustang and Ford Fusion. He walked us through the process every step of the way. Very knowledgeable. No pressure either. Not like the highway guys. He has been doing this for a long time. He guided us through the leasing process and made us very comfortable. We were originally there to lease a Mustang but Bob showed us the benefits of the fusion, and we wound up leasing both cars. If you go there, ask for Bob Cerza.

    Vito Monaco at Salerno Duane Ford in Summit made my recent new car buying experience a breeze. He was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process; from the test drive, to the trade in and right through to closing the deal. He took the extra time to go over all the features of my new car and to answer all of my questions. It was a “no pressure” sales experience and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car.

    Vito Monaco has absolutely changed the way I look at buying/leasing cars. I was looking to buy/lease a car and I had visited several dealerships in the area in considering my options. The moment I went into SD in Summit, the quality of service I received there blew everyone else right out of the water. Vito Monaco was very responsive and really listened to what I wanted. He did not try to sell me "the package" or haggle with prices. He was honest, YES I SAID HONEST, and really explained to me my options. I almost could not believe I was at a Car Dealership. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, and you want a hassle and pressure free experience, you must GO TO Salerno Duane in Summit and ask for VITO.
