Dave, my sales rep, came out, helped take care of my trade in, negotiated me a great deal, and had me in my car the same day. Also his crew got me through… the tedious 'paperwork part' of car buying in record time. I hope it's always that easy in the future. Thanks guys! by Antonina Wiser on 12/20/2019I was a little concerned about buying a car. I knew what car I wanted and what I was willing to spend but....I was a woman and I did not want to be patronized. My husband and I were met by Nick Malanga and his first question, with a… friendly demeanor was, whose driving the car. From the moment he knew it was me, a woman, he directed all my concerns to me only. I was impressed with his soft sell, sense of humor, complete listening ability and serious understanding that I had a bottom line. As we disagreed about the price he kindly excused himself to talk to the wizard behind the curtain, I'm guessing that was Lou, and he would come back with a price. We did this for awhile, as I said I knew everything about this car. What was so impressive is Nick never once tried to sell me a Volkswagen. He knew I had my eyes on the 2018 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring used but, in great condition. Finally we agreed on a price that made us both happy, a peaceful compromise, that I had never expected from a dealership. As a woman, who has worked hard to be taken seriously, I was by Nick. I knew the car had a recall and Nick had the recall re-programed and tupdated by Mazda the very next day. We also had the car completely checked out by the Mazda Dealership, who confirmed that this was a great vehicle. We bought the car and when we picked it up it was polished and looked brand new. If Douglas Volkswagen goes this far for a car that is not a VW, then I would probably re-visit this dealership the next time I buy a car. The salesman, Nick Malaga, was respectful, payed close attention, was easy going, not a fast talker, all the things I did not expect to receive by a sales person. by Robert on 06/27/2019When I was ready to purchase my first vehicle I was told I must see Dave Suchocki ! Now I know why ! It was like he was my older brother ! He had my back and made sure I made all the right decisions! I was worried about the financing since… it’s my first big purchase and since I really don’t have credit history but he made sure I got the best rate and even got my payments where I needed them ! I drove off in a 2018 Jeep Wrangler and couldn’t be happier ! Ty so much Dave ! Would highly recommend ! Especially since my parents were getting a Jeep at the same time and kept coming home from dealerships more mad than when they left the last dealership ! It was so stressful and I’m just over here sitting in my new Jeep eating the huge box of popcorn that Volkswagen Douglas sent me as a ty !😁The Best Car Salesman Dave Suchocki

I do not have perfect credit and after my previous car was deemed a total loss I thought getting into a new vehicle was going to be a hassle. But that changed once… I got in touch with Dave. I was able to come in and find a vehicle that I absolutely love driving now. Dave made everything so easy and he was very honest from the beginning. I came in on a Friday and drove home in my vehicle the same night. I returned that Saturday to finish up and let me tell you I never thought it would be so easy finalizing all the paperwork and signing. The gentleman who detailed my car did a fantastic job as well. I would definitely recommend Dave to all my friends and family and to anyone who may have challenges getting approved due to their credit. The salesperson I dealt with was Vlad. He was upfront about all the costs, the… trade-in and the timing of the delivery. No "hidden add-ons" that I've come to expect from dealerships like the window etching charge or wheel locks or the typical hard sell on the nitrogen filled tires.
