My existing dealer was not willing to work with me nor seemed very interested to retain my business. I ended up talking to Ramsey Subaru and they were excellent… - very responsive and interested in earning new business so I end up going with Ramsey Subaru. I worked with Alex P and he was great as was the rest of the staff I interacted with. One of them being Danielle, the other kid I remember because he helped me with my wife's car I'm… sure his name was Rob. Well Danielle's been great , welcoming ,very informative and professional. This is my second time here and the staff in all have been great. Thank you guys it's been a pleasure ever since I set foot in sales.Thanks!

by Drew64 on 02/18/2019I’m went to Ramsey Subaru after visiting another dealer first. Went to compare prices. The first sales,girl I saw was very good. Gave me prices on two trims with different options. The prices were pretty good so I asked her via e mail if… tax and fees were in the prices. She stated that Alex would be handeling the deal going forward. I e mailed him a got a confusing e mail back. Then went back to talk about trade in and numbers. I was offered 500 below blue book value for my old Forester. Alex telling me it would just go for parts as mileage too high. Was at 153000. Granted I already had a price for trade in from other dealer which was 2300. Also had price of car I was going to negotiate. Alex was not very much into this sale. Just told me he could get any car I wanted as large dealership. I went back to first dealer and negotiated a little more and finally put a deposit down. To this day still never heard back from ra,set subaru. Usually a dealer will follow up but nothing. Shows me dosen t care.Amazing Experience
