Untrustworthy and Poor Service
by Jim on 11/02/2024I have been a long time client of Princeton Audi and will never come back. My SQ5 was brought in for service after experiencing an auto stop/start malfunction reading on the main dash. Technicians indicated that the entire thermostat and… water pump system needed replacement and proceeded to charge over $3500. After doing my own research I discovered the total cost of parts and labor (incl taxes) should not exceed $1800. When I brought this to their attention they proceeded to tell me 'too bad. you already agreed to the $3500'. When you do a cursory analysis of the amount they overcharged me on the parts alone it was roughly 2x vs the retail price of the part. 5x vs the wholesale price. This is a fraudulent price gouging operation and should be investigated by the authorities.

by RefusedServiceAndLiedTo on 10/23/2018I brought my second hand Audi in for a repair. It was driving fine when I dropped it off. I got a call later and was told that my car was handled by too many non Audi mechanics by the previous owner so they would not work on it. I was told… that they looked at my car but didn’t touch it. Which is a flat out lie. The car was moved into a different spot and now it won’t start. I was refused service and lied to. I have to tow my car from their lot. by NickP8 on 10/20/2014Once again I got outstanding service from Princeton Audi/VW. I own 3 vehicles from this dealership and one of the things that keeps me coming back is the professionalism of the service staff.
