Excellent Service in a tough environment
by Chris B on 08/17/2022I called 6 Toyota dealerships searching for my particular car. 4 responded by saying they didn't have the car. One had the car, but wanted to charge $6000 over MSRP. Crestmont (and in particular, Brandon Denman) called me to say that I… could order the car from future inventory, and pay MSRP when it arrived. I went to Crestmont, sat down, signed some papers, gave a small deposit and left. Five months later, the car arrived and was delivered as promised. The whole experience was efficient, courteous and helpful. I love my new car, which I could probably re-sell for $6000 over what I paid for it, but Crestmont didn't try to upcharge me for it. The world needs more auto dealerships like Crestmont, and reps like Brandon.We couldn't agree more! Thank you for coming to Crestmont Toyota and thank you for your recommendation. Amazing internet staff as well who provide all the information you want on emails or… calls without forcing or insisting you come in person. Inquired and finalized everything email, came in to pick up the delivery a week later, and signed the paperwork. Was out of the lot in 15 minutes. No pressure at the finance office as well. Brandon was able to order our RAV4, upfront with all fees, tracked the status of its delivery… and ensured that all the needed documents were prepared ahead of time. Once the car arrived, he spent over an hour demonstrating all the sophisticated tech. Do not care about existing customer
by dimdur on 12/29/2011updated 09/26/2025During Toyota gas pedal crisis I have brought a newly leased 2009 RAV4 for inspection. They told me that my car does not fall under recall because "gas pedal on your car has three stripes, hence it is made by manufacturer outside of recall"… (???????). Not only that; they told the same to other customers who walked in with similar issue. When I 'googled' the issue I found out that indeed our model falls under recall. I stormed back to dealership and they immediately went into total denial and defense over this. The best argument I heard was "oh this might happen to one in a million cars!" Well, DUH! What if I AM the one-millionth car? with two small kids in the back? Bottom line - will never ever purchase another vehicle from these guys.Avoid at all costs

Trying to force you to buy extended warranties and take their financing. Outright lies. I… felt like I was in a Kafka movie. Avoid this dealership and deal with people who are actually ethical.
