Wish I’d Found Them Earlier!
by SJS on 10/25/2023I went to Crestmont Toyota after I had already had extensive repairs on my Rav4 post accident, because it was out of alignment way earlier than it should’ve been. They discovered that the repair hadn’t been completed and gave me detailed… diagnostic paperwork showing my tire was out by two degrees. They quoted me a very reasonable price and got me in the next day. Now my car drives as good as the day I drove it off the lot and because of the irrefutable diagnostics, my insurance company paid for the supplemental claim. Very glad to have found this service department and will be using them from now on. The whole staff is warm and welcoming. Excellent Service in a tough environment
by Chris B on 08/17/2022I called 6 Toyota dealerships searching for my particular car. 4 responded by saying they didn't have the car. One had the car, but wanted to charge $6000 over MSRP. Crestmont (and in particular, Brandon Denman) called me to say that I… could order the car from future inventory, and pay MSRP when it arrived. I went to Crestmont, sat down, signed some papers, gave a small deposit and left. Five months later, the car arrived and was delivered as promised. The whole experience was efficient, courteous and helpful. I love my new car, which I could probably re-sell for $6000 over what I paid for it, but Crestmont didn't try to upcharge me for it. The world needs more auto dealerships like Crestmont, and reps like Brandon.We couldn't agree more! Thank you for coming to Crestmont Toyota and thank you for your recommendation. Amazing internet staff as well who provide all the information you want on emails or… calls without forcing or insisting you come in person. Inquired and finalized everything email, came in to pick up the delivery a week later, and signed the paperwork. Was out of the lot in 15 minutes. No pressure at the finance office as well. Brandon was able to order our RAV4, upfront with all fees, tracked the status of its delivery… and ensured that all the needed documents were prepared ahead of time. Once the car arrived, he spent over an hour demonstrating all the sophisticated tech. Excellent professional service
by Lynn A on 02/22/2022Crestmont Service Department has numerous ways to book service appointment over the phone and online. Staff is pleasant and professional. Work is excellent. I brought my Rava4 in for oil change and tire rotation. They did an inspection… and provided a report. They check tire pressure and topped washer fluid. They offer a shuttle ride to home or work if you choose not to wait in the waiting area as well as car rental options. The waiting area has television, WiFi, free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. There are newspapers to read. There are couple of cubicles available yo work at while you wait.Thank you for coming to Crestmont Toyota and thank you for your recommendation.
