steal your money
by nobuyatalpine on 12/19/2013updated 07/07/2025I gave the owner, Angelo, $9800 and tried to sell my car to make up for the rest of the money to buy the newer car, bad economy, couldn't come up with it fast enough, so he resold the car I had put the deposit on, and wont return my money,… it should have zero stars. they just said sign here, initial here, without explaining any of it.

Frank, you should not go around making false reviews and claims especially being a police officer for the NYPD. If we stole your money like you claim you would have turned this into a civil or criminal issue. In fact we didnt steal your money but rather you jerked us around for almost 7 months on a purchase and then wanted 5 more months, which makes it a year to pay for a car. You lost your deposit as per the contract you signed. I waited beyond the normal period because you were a cop and wanted to extend you a courtesy. Your behavior as new York's finest is surprising. You need to take responsibility for your actions rather than trying to push the blame onto us. Rest assured that we will pursue this matter against your defamatory claims in court.
