Quick and thorough service

I decided to wait at the dealership for my car to be serviced this time, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly the team got my car back to me, without sacrificing the quality of… the service being completed. The space for waiting was comfortable and convenient for working while there. My only word of caution is bring fully charged devices, as there is only one outlet available and my laptop died.Katie, we're glad to know you had a great service experience at Paul Miller Audi and found our waiting area comfortable. Thanks for the heads up about the outlets - we'll look into improving that aspect!

He explained clearly and concise what needed to be done and even called another department to confirm availability of my wheels to be repaired and schedule them on… a quick and timely manner. He called during, and after all the things were done to the car to make sure I was kept up to date with the service. I appreciate that very much and the dealer usually has top talent and attention to detail to all matters.Thank you for the great review!
