  • FC KERBECK mishandled my vehicle

    I purchased this truck brand new from FC KERBECK and it had only been maintained there I left a review previously and once again the dealership has failed me I am still in the process with GM and FC KERBECK to rectify this issue and toady after it was at service I drove 15 miles and my check engine light came back after the last review I posted Joe McGrath contacts me on this forum to save face tasking me to contact them about my issues himself and other representatives completely ignore all my calls and messages. At this point i believe my vehicle has been mishandled and retaliated against for me speak my up on the negligence

    I purchased this truck brand new from Fc kerbeck and have only had this vehicle serviced by them all year my truck has been making noise dragging check engine light one two months in a row for different codes being pushed back in fourth between Kerbeck representatives and gm itself

    Kerbeck Cadillac had my car for almost 2 weeks before they return it back to me to get transportation on my own back-and-forth to work because they said they don’t give out loaner vehicles that is very very disappointing. Every other car dealership that I have bought my car from supplied you with a loaner car when they had your vehicle in their shop, that’s why Kerbeck Cadillac only received three stars .

    I took my Acadia in because the washer fluid for the windshield had frozen from past weather and still would not pump out. The Service department explained that it might be a fuse which would be easily replaced. Went to drop it off Wednesday night for Thursday but instead of just driving it to park it overnight, they did an immediate repair for which I waited maybe 20 minutes. Saved my Husband from having to get up an hour early to drive me in for an early meeting and I got the car back! Win-win situation! Thanks Kerbeck's!

    Arrived early for an 8:15 am appointment. Oil change and 1 recall took till after 10:00 to accomplish. If this length of stay was expected, that would have been OK. It was not expected, nor was I briefed by the gentleman who took my information when I showed. In the future I would appreciate some indication of time frame.

    I Took my terrain in for an oil change but I ending up purchasing new 2015 enclave.The salesman was Joe Dibello he was wonderful .Over all the service was great and fckerbeck took care of the oil change.

    This is been an excellent experience from making the phone call to schedule the appointment to the check out. The service advisor Jason kept me informed with updates as to the progress of my service. I will continue to come back what a wonderful experienceI also love the new Service department building. The staff is very warm and friendly. I really have no nothing but positive things to say about my experience and will recommend you to my family and friends.     Was disappointed that the online appointment did not show in the dealer's system when I got there. Would be nice if a car wash was part of the service.
