I have purchased houses in much less time and yet no one set my expectation that it would take so long. This process seems… needs to be improved or streamlined.I am pleased to hear that your overall experience with us was so positive. My 2003 SLS
by ae00196 on 12/02/2007Purchased a 2003 SLS demo with 4,000 miles on it in June of 2003 from Gold Coast Cadillac. My 6th Caddy. Financed it with a 24 month/24,000 mile Smart Buy plan. I was led to believe that I would have 24,000 miles starting from 4,000 miles.… Two years later, June 2005, I went to turn the car in with 28,000 miles on it. Buyer beware (of Gold Coast Cadillac). I had to pay for 4,000 miles of overage and Gold Coast would do nothing to help out.Excellent Service in All Areas

Ron M. was absolutely wonderful in facilitating the process for me, from early looking to test driving to leasing. Ron took time to devote… individualized attention to me, I didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. He laid out both purchase and lease options for me and made it very clear. I have never leased a car before, and Ron patiently answered questions, discussed pros and cons of leasing, and helped me have all of the inforamation, again without any pressure, which I sincerely appreciate. I also got referred to Gold Coast Cadillac through the Costco Auto Program and I was very impressed how the contact for that (Kehli C.) connected with me quickly and already knew I had seen Ron the weekend prior on my first time out. Their collaboration and assistance to me as the customer to allow me to work w/ Ron and also take advantage of the Costco Auto Program was very efficient and impressive. I thank Gold Coast for this. On the test drive, Ron showed me all of the CUE features, which really was a huge selling/leasing point for me for this car. I love the advanced technology, the ability to synch w/ Apple products, and all CUE features, and was glad to have had the opportunity to experience it for myself before deciding. On picking up the car, my demo tech was Eric. He was very knowledgable about the car and about the CUE features and spent almost an hour with me going over things. I also appreciate the time and attention he gave. Overall, I didn't experience anything negative at all at Gold Coast Cadillac. Working with Bob and Gold Coast Cadiallac turned what I had been dreading, dealing with a car… salesman, into a wonderful experience.
