John was also informative about the car while we took test drive.. His knowledge and delivery of same was… interesting and probably what helped us make the final choice of car. This was the tip of the iceberg on the information front, the walk through he gave once the car was prepped was nothing short of amazing. Car Shopping can be a good experience!

I trusted them immediately because they understood my situation and went out of their way to make sure I found a safe… car for my son and worked with me when the price was just so frustratingly out of reach. Great Experience with a Great Sales Rep

She then took me on a test drive after a thorough explanation of the features of the 2016 Highlander. After the trip, we discussed… what I would need to be able to make the purchase in a very comfortable and friendly manner. Besty assured me she would do everything she could to help me buy this dream car. And she did not disappoint. The other people I spoke with were friendly yet professional and very helpful. It was a much easier process than I had anticipated. I would recommend Betsy Marrero and Toyota World of Newton to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!!John Florio

Amazing Experience at Toyota World of Newton

However, what my husband and I enjoyed most about our experience is that everyone made it as smooth and simple as possible. We have a baby and we were hoping to not spend… all day at the dealership with paperwork, etc., as it can be tough to do while chasing around a toddler.Eevery single person was considerate of that and called us days in advance to get any paperwork and/or documents they needed ahead of time so that we had to spend as little time as possible actually in the dealership and could get in out and quickly. We really appreciated that. Everyone was accommodating, welcoming and warm and made us feel good about our decision to purchase a car there. Not to mention, they were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. They went above and beyond to work with my husband and I and ensure we were comfortable with the price of the vehicle and that what they had to offer met our expectations. They cared that we were satisfied with the overall experience and product, which is rare. They took the time to walk us through every aspect of the vehicle to ensure we knew how to operate the functions properly, and were very thorough throughout the entire process. It's not always easy purchasing a car and knowing you got the best deal and had a positive experience. And for me, this was hands down a great experience and left me feeling great about my car and the fact that I know I can call Toyota Newton at any time should I have any questions or need anything at all. Customer service was excellent and we will definitely be going back when it's time to purchase our next car. They even went a step further to install our toddler's car seat properly before we left. These are the little things that we appreciated and that go a long way. I highly recommend Toyota World of Newton to anyone!Congratulations on your new purchase!
