by Donna on 09/09/2018Tom Madsen was an exceptional sales representative! I purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla for my mom for her 82nd birthday, which will be on Sept 28th. Tom went above and beyond to help my family surprise my mom. Tom let me borrow a big red bow… for the unveiling and drove the car to my sister's bakery, Two Teaspoons, in Hamburg so she would never suspect a thing. My mom was so surprised and cried tears of joy. It was a priceless moment! Thank you Tom and the staff at Toyota World for making my mom's birthday a special one!Super salesman!

Mo was so helpful and explained all the features of the different models in a way that I was able to understand as someone who is a novice when it comes to cars. I felt like I really understood the car that I… bought. Kris was so helpful and easy to talk to as we were figuring out the finances and answered all my questions. I really appreciate that I was able to leave my rental car in the back until I get back from a trip and I can come get the car to return to the rental company. I have had some bad experiences in the past with car dealerships (Honda) and repair shops but everyone here was professional, kind, and knowledgeable.We appreciate you for taking the time to give our dealership such an excellent star rating.
