I went in to see a different car that I had seen in an ad, but this one caught my eye and I took it home. Everything went smooth, financing was easy and they got me a… great rate. I would definitely recommend that you stop at AVI, especially if you are looking for a MB.BUYERS BE AWARE
by arka4 on 12/29/2016VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ. BE AWARE. Especially the guy named Danny. He will trick you with every aspect of the sale. The Mercedes car I purchased had hail damage and Danny hide the facts not only on the website but also during… sale. They also didnt report the facts to Carfax which is what I trusted. I purchased the car at night and he made sure I wouldnt see the dents all over the hood which I saw next day morning. He also fooled me on the loan part of the sale as well. He increased the loan amount without my knowledge and also the bank. Neither did he give me spare keys and was asking extra for it. I would strongly advice to read each and every line of the document before you sign any papers with the dealer. BELIEVE ME. THEY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL. BOTTOM LINE: Car prices at this dealer are little cheaper than the rest just because they have some sort of damage that the dealer has either fixed or hiding which they have not reported to Carfax. I am going to write to BBB as well about my experience. I have paper work to prove as well. EXAMINE THE CAR THOROUGHLY, READ EACH AND EVERY LINE OF ANY DOCUMENT BEFORE YOU SIGN INCLUDING THE DOCUMENTS OF AUTO LOAD.They are ok
