I have to say I was extremely impressed from the first step. Our credit was far from perfect, but instead of turning us away,… they worked to get us a loan. They actually also listened to what I wanted nd did not rush us into getting a car we did not want just for them to make a sale. They treated my husband and myself like we were family nd made the whole process painless and for once exciting. I really have to thank Byron and Marvin, our finance and sales guy. They were very patient with me. With the both of them working together, we were able to get into the car of our dreams, which we never thought would b possible. This was my first time ever purchasing a car on my own and what could have been a very stressful time… turned into a very smooth and pleasant experience! The reason I had this experience was because of my salesman, Bill M. He was extremely patient and couldn't have been a bigger help. They will seem all friendly and helpful until they get you to sign a contract and after that the sales staff will never return your calls or assist you. They will also load the price… with ridiculous "admin" fees and other charges that will end up adding over 20% to the original sticker price. If you query the charges, they will become defensive and avoid answering your questions. I would not recommend this dealership to any buyers (new or used).
