by nina1972 on 06/05/2016on Saturday 6/4/16 we went (my, my husband and my son)to random dealership to find a car from my son. They show as a car that was $19.900 I told them that this was way overpriced. they offer 18800. I offer 17500 , sales person went to… financial people inside, came out and said it wont be a problem they going to take my offer, but i need to came up with 4 k down payment and they going to find as very god rate. They toke down payment in advance. said that its 100 % refundable, but they need to have that money , because the want to be sure we are serious about car. After waiting for good 3 hours , they called us in the office to sign a contract. For some reason sales contract starts with loan amount, not with sales price. . we thought that was sales price, not a loan amount. it was $18,918. I said but we agree on $17.500. he said this is with all the fees, tax and license. I sign contract. came outside. whiting like 5 minutes I realize that we got car not for 17500, bit for 21888. we even pay $1288 over asking price, plus they charge as document prep fee 599 and 3 month warranty, they said was included actually cost as 850.00. less than after 10 minutes we left, we went wright back. they said, there is nothing they can do. car is ours. i left car at the dealership with the keys.

The deal was done, as all of our deals in Monmouth , Essex, Union and all New Jersey/New York in good faith and total transparency and customer returned this unique 2012 Mercedes-Benz C300 after two(2) hours not ten(10)minutes. All paperwork and forms clearly indicated the price of the vehicle.
