  • Horrendous experience with Oil change service

    I took my 2017 RX350 for an Oil change only service. This was a horrendous experience with both service manager/rep and the actual service. 1. It took me 4 hours what's usually less than 1hour 2. I have not seen any improvement in the running of the Engine after the said oil change 3. I called and had conversation with Service Manager who vehemently denied that there will be any noticeable experience after the Oil change. 4. The dash panel now shows need service attention - service don't acknowledge anything of their incompetenet service.

    I dropped my Lexus GS430 to be serviced over 3 weeks ago. The vehicle was not picking up a signal from the key fob. $1300 in diagnosis fees and service and It still was not working. I decided to not go through with additional charges and have the vehicle towed elsewhere. They were informed of this. When the tow truck arrived the car was still completely taken apart and not pick up ready. This forced the tow truck driver to leave and cost me another $150 down the drain. When I called and spoke with Chuck, the service manager, his response was “we were at lunch” the tow truck driver could have waited. As if everyone works on his time. As if I didn’t just pay $1300 for the car not to be fixed after 3 weeks. Chuck lacks basic customer service skills such as being able to say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” and I’m downright disgusted at his treatment and pompous demeanor. At the very least, please retrain him on his customer service etiquette as it’s deplorable.

    Hopefully anyone patronizing this business will never have to deal with their condescending service manager, Chuck Bradshaw. He lacks discretion and customer service skills of any kind. When I bought my vehicle it had a very intimidating cover under the hood. I remember it without a doubt because none of my previous vehicles had anything like this. You couldn't see anything but the engine cover. I recently noticed it was gone. After speaking with a service writer, I was told to bring it in. I knew I was wasting my time but against my better judgement, I took it over. This makeshift manager looks at it and says, "you're mistaken", proceeds to bring in another vehicle (like my own) from the sales lot to prove his point. What he should have done was: sit me down in his office , pull up the parts list, reassure me that cover (that was not supposed to be there in the first place) served no purpose and that my vehicle would continue to function fine without it, Not brush off a detail oriented person like myself with a mere "you are mistaken" . When it is time to purchase my next Lexus, what I won't be is mistaken about is where it is purchased!

    I liked the friendliness, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, chiefly Tara and Charles. Both were exemplary in my opinion. I am completely confident in their ability to service my automobile and I believe I made a couple of wonderfully nice people in the process.

    I was recently in there for a 10k mile service. Clean service area, everyone was polite and friendly. The waiting lounge was very convenient to get work done or to simply relax.
