Job Well Done
by Nande on 08/07/2025Ok, so my car is ten years old, and I get my car serviced on a regular basis. Even when I forget the time for servicing, I am reminded of a service that is due to keep me safe on the road. It has been very hot, and I needed to use the air… condition in my car, however, it was not getting cool in the car. I set an appointment and had it checked. It was recharged and got cool again, but there was still something not right. I took it back and the Service Advisor, being Christopher Grandos, had the mechanic check everything until it was discovered that there was a leak. That made all the difference. I left my car for the entire day so that the system could be changed, and now when I drive out, I am cool as a cucumber. When I went to pick up my car, I noticed that one tire was a little lower than the others. I went back to Christopher, and he did not hesitate to get someone to take the car cack in and check to make sure that everything was right. I watched Christopher interact with the mechanic to make sure that everything was checked. Christopher is a Rock-Star in this business, and when I take my car in for service, I always request to have him as my advisor.friendly & speedy service!

A Job Well Done
by Nande on 07/10/2024I got to my appointment earlier than expected. That was not a problem. As soon as I pulled up, an assistant walked up to my car and asked for my name, I told him, and quickly Chris came by and invited me into the office. He offered me a… seat and proceeded to ask how my day was, and asked what he could do for me today. He looked up the information from my previous visit, as I usually request to have him as my Service Advisor. I told Chris what I would like to have checked and he advised me that it would take some time to get to the problem. He then asked if I was going to be waiting for the car and offered me a seat in the waiting room. He also offered me coffee. It took a little less time than he told me to come up with a diagnosis. He then called me back in his office and explained the process. He also told me that I needed to leave the car because the part that was needed would not be available until the following day. I was not happy with that, so he proceeded to find an alternate way to get the part needed to get the job done. After telling me how long it would take, he asked me if I could be picked up and told me that the time was needed to pick up the part and to get the job done, which would take quite some time. I called my son, and he came to pick me up. Chris told me that the car would be ready by a specified time, and sure enough, it all worked out. I like the fact that everything was taken into consideration, and to know that Chris went the extra mile to make me happy.Thank you for taking the time to leave us this 5-star rating! We are so glad that Chris got your automotive needs taken care of. Your safety and satisfaction are our utmost priorities. I was checked-in on time, car got serviced and checked on multi-point inspection. In… about an hour, I was done. Evelyn the manager, is courteous, professional and is welcoming.
