One of the most pleasurable car-buying experiences ever!
by Chuck_LP on 05/23/2016I've purchased from Princeton BMW in the past when I worked in So. Jersey and remember having a positive experiences. I now live and work in Buck's Co. PA and have purchased a few vehicles at the local BMW dealership with mixed… experiences. I generally shop and price vehicles online and through email before I arrive at the dealership to help shorten the sales process. So when Mark Abitabilo asked that I come in to see the new vehicle and appraise my current BMW for any potential equity - I was a bit cynical. Mark, Robert and staff were very pleasant, respectful of my time and made the 1-hour trip from my office well worth it! Being a sales and service professional - I often ask why are we surprised when we receive service excellence? It's because service is a lost art and far too many times we receive less than flawless service. Princeton BMW hit all of the marks - Kudos to everyone!No Gimmicks. Easy transaction.
