Car purchased 6/26 Nissan Rogue

It was very close to the car of my dreams and I have grown to love it after just 1 day of driving it. The service was AMAZING! They were able to get me in and out… right away. They were super kind, understanding, courteous, in every way. Very happy crew and outstanding service. 10 stars to them and I would recommend Mt. Holly Nissan to everyone. Thank you so much! I love my new Car!Horrible Customer Service !!!
by Steve.A on 11/13/2018I called on November, 12, 2018 in reference to a vehicle being offered for sale, a Mr. Valash answered , i asked to Speak with the General Cars Sales Manager , he stated he was not available, so I asked for his name and would not give it… to me, he said what vehicle were you interested in and I told him but wanted to speak to the GM, once again would not offer me his name or phone extension, He wanted to know how much I wanted to pay for said vehicle, i said I wanted to speak to the Gm please and still was uncooperative with me i was so angry I had said Thank You very un Pleasantly and hung the phone up ! Darius was very experienced and educated one the vehicles he showed me… which was great. It was very stressful trying to shop for a new car but once I sat down at Darius desk I knew I was making the right decision. I drove off the lot with a car I love everything about. by magippetti on 08/14/2018I went to Mt. Holly Nissan with interest in a used car they had for sale. I was greeted and felt very welcome by the employees when I walked in. Mike got me with his salesman, Keith, who grabbed the keys to the vehicle I was interested in.… Keith was extremely friendly and down-to-earth. We went for a lengthy test drive which was more like going for a ride with a buddy. I explained why I was there and that I was in the market for a newer small SUV. After we discussed the used vehicle, it just wasn't the right fit for me. I brought up interest in a new Rogue and Keith gave me some quick numbers to see if it would fit in my budget. We then walked out to the lot and found a beautiful new rogue that was fitting for what I needed. We gave it a test drive and was impressed with all the features. I was still researching and exploring other options but Keith and the staff went above and beyond with their service while understanding my position. They worked with me through the entire process and didn't pressure me at all into making a hasty purchase. I simply cannot say enough about just how great of an experience I had while shopping here. Keith is a great guy and will literally bend over backwards to get you what you want. I would HIGHLY recommend Keith and the staff at Mt. by MrIshonJester on 07/23/2018Very helpful, very polite, very knowledgeable, even though this may not be his fault( he had to at least 2-3 times go to a higher manager) but I wished they could have tried harder, since it was my third time trying to trade in my sentra… bought there from the previous owners, it seemed like the previous owners dug deeper to see that I left with a different vehicle. Yes, I know I owe much more on my present vehicle then the Pontiac I traded in to get my Sentra, but still how else can you keep customers like me coming back to you and telling friends and relatives to shop at your dealership. I really really really , need to get rid of my sentra, I just know the altima will fit me better because of the amount of traveling I do, plus ask the Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp., I never mis a payment, i thought that would help me somewhat, it didn't, I even thought being a vietnam war vet would help, it didn't, I even thought having three incomes would help, it didn't, ......much as I keep telling the other dealer I don't want to travel that far and get turned down for the same reason, maybe I should take that drive to the nissan dealership in Freehold, new jersey,?????2018 Nissan Pathfinder

They made everything go so smoothly and stress free. I told them what I wanted and could… spend and they worked within my limits. I drove home in my new beautiful Pathfinder. I was extremely happy with the service department at Mt. Holly Nissan, and today was another example of… excellence. Honesty, integrity, fair prices, work done correctly, and a crew that works well together and goes above and beyond with every detail discussed is why I am a customer at Mt. Holly Nissan - and will service my car and purchase my car at this dealership. A friend of mine purchased a car there about 6 months ago - we believe in purchasing from trustworthy places, no matter the product. You can be sure other people hear about experiences that we have - word of mouth goes a long way. This dealer is highly recommended - probably other people I know also purchased a vehicle here....thank you for excellent and honest servicing of my Altima today.Deceptive Advertising
by jr___nj on 12/30/2016We went into Mt Holly Nissan based on a letter invitation to an exclusive sales event. The letter promised incentives, high trade-in value, bonus cash, special financing and more. Needless to say, virtually none of the incentives applied to… the vehicle we were looking at. The letter was very misleading and all the sales staff could do was to say they understood, but couldn't help it. We purchased new in 2015 from this dealership and have had our car serviced there. Based on this fraud of the new ownership, we will move our service and buying elsewhere. Beware of their tactics.Hi JR, thank you for your feedback.
