by citygirl10 on 10/15/2015I bought a car last week a Mercedes I had it one day problem so much to fix and I got a car fax they had this car for seven months tires dry rot brakes tierod transmission leak this is a big mess iam going to file complete and if I have to… go court I will I feel so bad and this car will not pass inspection and I have small children not safe they don't care they just lie but I will not give upHorrible experience.
by outraged1 on 06/16/2015The worst possible car purchase experience you can imagine. They lied from the beginning and sold me a total lemon (for example the tie rods were completely shot). Worst part (and you won't believe this): They said to bring the car in and… they'll have the mechanic fix it. I brought it in and they returned it saying that the mechanic fixed the problems. I then took it back to my mechanic who said that besides for a minor $20 repair, nothing was done at all! For example, he showed me that the tie rods were the same expired tie rods and that this place did not fix or replace them. The tires are wobbly and insecure. They lied and lied and sold me a lemon. And customer service? They didn't let me use the bathroom. That's how bad they are.
