He went out of his way to make me and my family feel comfortable. I had been shopping around in the… area for a small SUV and found other dealerships to be very pushy and impersonal. by Rick123 on 07/06/2017I just wanted to say how well I thought the sales staff did in the handling of the ML 350 purchase. Aside from the cordial personalities that the staff exhibited, what struck me most about the process was the lack of pressure that was… displayed. Most times, in my experience, one goes into the car purchase process girded for what is at best an unpleasant experience. I can honestly say that this was not the case here. The price negotiation was not a protracted war. Instead, I presented what I thought was fair value, the sales team came back with a reasonable counter and the deal was done. Now, once we closed, I expected to be simply given the keys and the documentation and sent on my way. Instead, I got the whole new car delivery experience. Nice job.New Vehicle Purchase
