by Mark on 09/13/2024Stay away from this place. They advertise cars they don't have. I called them in advance multiple times to make sure they had the car i was interested into, and told them very clearly i had would have had to drive for 3 hours. I was told by… Katylin (probably fake name - person that manages bookings from internet ads) that the car was available. I called the day before and first thing in the morning, before heading to this place, and they confirmed the car was still available. They literally confirmed my appointment while i was driving there. Drove 3 hours and, of course, after making photocopies of my driving license, they pretended they were searching for the car and after 10 minutes they told me it was already sold. Considering that it was listed for over 90+ days, it would be quite a coincidence that the car sold exactly the very same morning that I went there. I also left this same review on google, and their creative and totally false response was that i was told that another customer in front of me was looking at it and didn't even end up buying the car, but i just didn't have the patience to stay. These are really [non-permissible content removed] with no ethics and no remorse - stay away.
