I have had no problems with the car and the one recall notice was handled quickly and painlessly for me. The sales person I… worked with on that car, Paul, was a pleasure to work with. Knew his stuff, was good with getting answers and was able to teach the Sync systems quickly and clearly. The second car is a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium purchased new. I worked with Tom and Carl for this purchase. Tom, like Paul, was able to explain the MyTouch system clearly and was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the car. Carl worked with me to make sure I got the best financing options and to get me the best price on the car. Very pleased and satisfied with all my dealings with this dealership. I didn't feel at any time that they were rushing or pressuring me to buy the car before I was ready and I feel they have stood behind the sales. I have never liked going to the highway dealerships. You never see the same faces twice, the pressure to buy starts the moment you walk in the door and the service departments are impersonal rather than helpful and friendly. With Verner-Cadby I feel like I am shopping at an old time small-town dealership without feeling like I am being overcharged for the privilege. Probably my dealership of choice for many years to come as long as Ford builds cars I want to drive.2015 Taurus

They make it very smooth and easy to buy a car. As I have made a few… purchases from this dealer previously, the whole deal was negotiated over the phone, which worked for me due to my busy work schedule. When i picked up the car there were no surprises or hidden costs/fees. My salesman was Tom C. As for the 2015 Taurus, I love the car.New Ford Mustang

Leasing a car has always been a very stressful ordeal for me. I have purchased or leased over a dozen cars from this particular dealer and have always had a positive experience.
