DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!
by Keith on 02/20/2025Very very shaddy dealership, they're only worried about getting a sale. Sold me a car with a broken axel, car says it needs brakes, ambient lighting only partially lit, reduce driving assistance warning sign. But yet I was told I was… charged thousands of dollars for a so called "inspection " that all their cars receive! Quoted one price out the door only to find they sneakily charged me all these extra fees that were never discussed! Refuses til this day to give me any copies of the loan documentation or warranty. They shop manager Mike tells me BMW doesn't replace axles with brand new axles they only rebuild them! So I would have to bring my car back to them leave it for who knows how long. They take the axle off send it to BMW they rebuild it and send it back and they put it back on. Manager tries to fast and over talk me every time I tried speaking with him. Way way more to the story to type! Bottom line stay faaaar away from this place. I've already file a BBB complaint as well as file with NJ department of consumers affairs. Damn shame I have to go through all of this. I was very very transparent with them, didn't bs them or waste their time. I did good business and kept my word. Only to have them be very very deceptive and conniving! THE CAR U MAY HAVE SEEN ON THEIR SITE. CAN DEFINITELY BE FOUND ELSEWHERE AND MOST LIKELY IN MUCH BETTER CONDITION! WITH TRANSPARENT AND HONEST BUSINESS!5 Star Experience
