Alan combined his extensive knowledge of the vehicle with an easy going demeaner which made my experience… very pleasant! I also worked on the financing with Alex and she was very nice and easy to work with also! She had a way of making it all very clear and understandable. Kept getting excuse “almost ready, your next, paperwork printing now, etc. “ If… appointment can’t be kept let me know, I’ll come back later don’t treat me like a schmuck. Asked about warranty paperwork. I wanted official warranty paperwork stating whats covered, how long etc. They didn’t have it, don’t worry its filed with your vin they said.
