by Danny L on 04/05/2022Great place ! GM Jed Kass brought us in all the way from CT because of great deals in the past. Alec Bornstein ( sales ) and Amanda Cruz ( finance ) closed and we drove away in a new Taos and Atlas very satisfied ! Thanks Reydel VW!Foolish to go anywhere else.

From service, speed, transparency, and just how courteous they were. No high pressure sales, answered all my… questions/ and it helped that our salesman Tommy was a fellow VW fanatic. It makes a big difference buying a car when your salesman is truly a fan of the brand- and not just a salesman. I worked with Nav, who was one of the managers. Great guy, and so was Amanda who was me f&I person. Between coming in, test driving, and rolling off the lot- it was a total of 1 hour 20 min. Which is unheard of. No BS with these guys. They’re good people, good prices, and great cars.Simple, fast and Happy

My sales rep Amanda Cruz was the sweetest and the most humblest to work with. She… was very informative about the 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan I had my eye on. She hustled and worked fast without hesitation was very dedicated and took her time to explain any questions I asked. Let’s just say I give this dealerships 5 stars not only for the service but for having such a wonderful sales rep her work ethics speak for themselves and it shows 8 years running the game and she got it! They are very helpful with getting you the car that you need and… are knowledgeable with their products. Most importantly they don’t see you as $$$, they see you as family.
