He was patient, thorough and professional the entire day and followed up… days later to confirm all is well. by Lady Bug on 11/13/2023My likes were that Reggie was persistent and made the interaction from start to finish as pleasant as possible. I came in reserved but left better than I came. Reggie looked at me when I said I usually spent a whole day at the dealer like… yea not today. Lol, he wasn’t ready for the type of customer I was. Nevertheless, we both got what we wanted. The only dislike was when I sat with the finance guy, customer is always right no matter what. He said something that although he felt like he was doing his job the energy of the world could’ve taken what he said and I would’ve been affected by it. Reggie’s manager Jason was also pleasant through this transaction as well.We're glad to know that Reggie and Jason made your experience at Lynnes Nissan City a pleasant one! Easier then I expected

Me and my partner was greeted at the door but our sales rep Reggie he was very detailed fun and creative, he knew key detail about every feature in our Nissan Sentra we was definitely impressed, their were no pressure… which we was cautious about most dealerships but not here they was great even down to our financial agent Giovanni was great as well explained contract and gap insurance to the T.
