Waste of Time
by Warren on 03/06/2024I brought my car in because when it is very cold in the morning, I get rubbing noises from the steering column. Once the car gets warm, the noise goes away. I knew they were going to tell me they couldn't find a thing. I wasn't… disappointed. The next day the noise was back.Warren, I'm sorry to read about the recurring noise issue with your car. It's important that we address this concern properly and ensure you're confident in our service. I felt that he listened to my needs and did his very best to… address them. Beyond Billy, I wish the process in dealing with management was easier as I would have much preferred to move through the leasing process without all the haggling. I have been driving Hyundai vehicles for 12 years and have enjoyed all of them. Awful dealership
by Maura Toal on 01/22/2024George Chen sold me a broken car that took me a full week of phone calls to anyone and everyone at the dealership for anybody to make right. Once I finally got the car fixed I received a monthly bill for the car I had traded in and after… multiple emails and phone calls and messages I have still not heard back. The women who answer the phone pay no attention and half the time leave you on hold or connect you to the wrong department, this salesman did absolutely nothing for me the second after I bought the car, I tried to reach the general manager multiple times with no success. Overall a very bad experienceI'm sorry to read about your experience, Maura.
