The folks at Belknap Subaru really take their servicing seriously, They were clear about what the service involved, how long it would take, an accurate quote, what would be covered under the warantee, and… actually took care of a few things I had not even noticed. I really appreciate the care they take. And they have a very nice place to wait while the repairs are done.

Answered the CVT transmission fluid change question
by Jeff the S on 01/16/2023There is some debate about whether to change CVT trans fluid in models such as my 2015 Legacy 3.6R. We went ahead and did it, as the dealer seemed to be for it even though the manufacturer's intervals don't list it. This and the other… services were performed while I waited. Checked the car over, made recommendations, done.Thank you so much for leaving the Belknap Subaru team this five-star review, Jeff! Checking on a possible transmission fluid leak
by Ted from NH on 06/15/2021I had a new transmission fluid pan placed by Belknap Subaru about a year ago. Recently there was a question of a leak. The service department checked the pan and cleaned it. They had me bring it back 3 weeks later and all was well. On… both occasions they brought me into the service area to let me view what they were talking about. I appreciated this service at no charge, the complimentary washing, and especially the complimentary inspection.Thanks Ted...happy to be of service!
