No pressure at all and we walked away with a great deal on out trade in as… well as on the new vehicle. I greatly suggest shopping here while looking for a new vehicle.My wife and I were professionally and kindly cared for!

She helped us every step of the way, she followed up, she got things going and in no time we were arriving on the lot to drive our Nissan Frontier home. Our greeting was so warm and cheerful, we just… felt so special everyone was very nice. The truck looked amazing with a super shine and very clean inside. I will tell friends and family about this place. This was a 2 hour drive for us but worth every mile. Thank you! Michele, Denis, Kevin and all who do the detailing. Nice job!Easy experience

Dan & Hampton Hyundai provided Exceptional service &… treated me better in 2 hours, then dealer I purchased my car from! ! They took me in right away, diagnosed issue, had me in a loaner car & on my way home. Dan kept me informed & called within a day or two, to let me know my car was all set. I can't thank this dealership & Dan enough. To walk through those dealerships doors & be treated like a long term customer really meant a lot to me. I was treated kindly & felt they really did care about me & my car. A big thank you to Dan & Hampton Hyundai for saving the day & week! I will be returning.Great Experience With Mark Weatherby

I would like to say that EVERYTHING Heather promised over the phone was honored when my… dad and I arrived at the dealership the day of of signing. We were assigned a sale associate (Tina) to explain features and take a test drive. Very informative. Finance manager (Kevin) was extremely organized, straight forward , honest and mindful of our time. I have helped many family members purchase vehicles in the past in four different states. This dealership ran like a well oiled machine. It made me feel like my dad and I had one of the best sale experiences to date. The people I dealt with had true integrity. It's good to know that a business deal can go this smooth without even a handshake in this day and age. I tip my hat ! Great team ! Wonderful experience !Great deal and great experience!

The day of pickup went great as well, the car was ready to go and the process was… very efficient. No one likes to sit around at the dealership and wait and there was little to none of that here. by FlyingMoose on 07/09/2016I don't normally write online reviews, but my experience buying a new Sonata at Hampton Hyundai was so pleasant I thought it a must. From beginning to end, the people there could not have been more pleasant, up front, easy going and… informative. Both Tim and Dave, both great guys, bent over backwards to see that I got what I was looking for. In short, the whole process could not have been easier or more enjoyable. As far as the Sonata goes, it's great. I've now had it a little over a month and it's a joy to drive and could not recommend it more highly. In the initial selection process, I considered a number of cars, including the Ford Fusion and Toyota Camry. In the end, I chose the Sonata and am very glad I did. It is a superior car at a better price. Couple that with the buying experience with Tim at Hampton Hyundai, and you can't go wrong.Excellent car buying experience

by dmdurkin on 09/19/2013updated 08/02/2025This is not a dealership that I would recommend for very busy, high end individuals or high end cars. I think they are probably very good at selling Fords and the lower models Hyundai, but when you get into the Genesis model, they are not… recommended. This is my reasoning: 1. According to the manager, they only sell two Genesis per year. 2. As a result their sales people are not familiar with all of the functions on the Genesis. when I purchased my Genesis the top sales person for the dealership did not know how to use many of the functions. As a result, my on-boarding process with the car was sketchy at best. I had to return to the dealership three times just to understand some of the basics. -How to use the emergency brake. -How to shut off the wipers when you go through a car wash. -Not to mention, the navigation system, setting up the Sirius radio, etc. It finally came to a point where they had this very young 21-22 year old help me. These individuals tend to be very technologically savvy. I would not have had to make three additional trips to the dealership, had the on-boarding process been properly done. In addition, if you have purchased high end cars in the past, you probably have had a rental or loaner and they have probably washed the car at the end of the service. Getting a loaner at Ford-Hyundai can be a difficult task and is only available if they know that the services are going to take an extended period of time. In addition, they do not wash your car after service. Friends of mine have their car picked up, and a loaner brought to them, and then returned on service. Herb Chambers does this. in my estimation This dealership is not, and does not understand how to service high end vehicles and high end individuals.Bought a Mustang 5.0

I had a much lower price verbally from another dealer. After I told the sales person this information the general manager came to… me and said that Hampton would match this lower price. Although the car we wanted was not on the lot, Hampton located the car and matched the lower price. I was very pleased with the entire process.
