After the sale: Dishonest, Waste Time
by barkingbug on 10/05/2009I'll start off saying that I am generally happy with the Mitsubishi that I purchased. However, the sales person that I dealt with, lied about options and wasted a lot of my time. My understanding is this sales guy is a son of the owner,… and that probably explains with the manager of the store refused to question him on anything. I was promised an option. The car did not have it, and when my wife went to pick it up I told her to refuse possession until this was resolved. Apparently, they convinced her that it was a very minor issue that would be resolved quickly. In the following weeks and months, they had us drive (30 min each way) to the dealership promising to have the situation resolved. They never did. They went as far as to once send us a card in the mail telling us that a part had arrived. We scheduled an appointment verifying what the part is, etc. They then said they had no part and sent us home empty handed. They are ignoring my emails now. After filing a complaint with Mitsubishi corporate headquarters, the dealership claimed that they never promised anything. It seems possible that legally speaking they can get away with this, but that would not change the fact that the sale people and management told me to my face many times that they would take care of the issue. They LIED. Do not trust anyone at this dealership. If you have a similar experience, please contact me. I am considering putting together a class action lawsuit if I get enough interest. I know others on this site have made similar complaints.UNbelievable

Absolutely amazing experiance, Both Curtis and Anne worked so hard for me getting my payment and car to exactly where I needed them to be. They would constantly keep me up to speed on the process,which If… you have bought a car before that can be a problem at some dealerships but not Nashua Mitsubishi. I never write reviews on places ever but my experience was that great I had to share it with the Internet. They Beat every Dealerships price in the First pencil I didn't even have to ask for a discount. I have never in my life had that happen. If you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicle Hands down this is the place I would not buy anywhere else again. Thank you guys again for the wonderful experience I look forward to speaking with you again in the near future
