Friendly, Quick and Easy

onMy car was towed in late in the day and was ready the next morning. Having less than 1900 miles on it, the car still appeared brand new. When I picked it up, it still looked great - they treated my car with care which is very important to me. The Service Desk was prompt, courteous and friendly. My problem was solved and I was back to enjoying my new ride. Thanks for your help, Larry

onBottom line - embarrassing service provided to a young first time new car owner... the poor young man was literally screwed, and product quality not honored. How can a dealership service organization screw a customer like this on a brand new and very expensive truck. They have likely lost a Dodge fan for life, my son.

Disappointing service

onSo disappointed. I had an appointment for the installation of an after market bikini top. Product reviews consistently reported amateur installers completing the installation in 45 minutes. When I arrived and the service personnel looked at the top, they quoted me a two-hour installation at $212 for the labor (but they would give me a break and do it for $200.) I challenged that estimate by suggesting that surely if I would be able to do it in 45 minutes, they should be able to do it in less time, and I said I would pay for a 1-hour installation. I was told, in a very confrontational tone, that it was definitely going to take well over an hour. I'm not sure why I would go to the dealership for anything, if they're no more skilled--and in this case, less so--than the average amateur installer. Most disappointing was the tone. They had gladly scheduled the appointment for the installation, but it was clear when I arrived that it was an annoyance to them and they did not want to perform the service. I reluctantly let them change the parking light that was out on my vehicle, only because I didn't want to get a ticket while I waited for an appointment somewhere else. The only reason I gave two stars is because I have had a previous experience that was more positive, though exorbitantly expensive. I won't be back.

My new jeep

onI just purchased my first brand new vehicle from AllenMello last week! I have been thrilled. I love it so far and I don't see that changing. The whole experience of buying the car was made easy by Mr. Craig C. Craig explained every feature and outlined my options as well as helped me with a trade in vehicle. He created a stress free environment that you just don't get at other dealerships. He didn't stop until I had the exact jeep that I wanted. Great experience!
