I am currently leasing a MKC and MXZ from State Motors. The sales staff is always receptive and very knowledgeable of the Lincoln product. Service department is friendly professional so you do not feel like a number next in line. I reallyโ€ฆ appreciate that they are a 4th generation owned dealership which speaks volumes of customer satisfaction over all the years. I'll be a State Motors Lincoln customer for life.

  • Buyer beware

2 out of 5 starsby Stephen on 08/06/2019

Bought a CPO vehicle from this dealership for almost $30,000 . The car had 29,000 miles at time of purchase. Less than 2 yrs and the car was valued at under $10,000 with 80,000 miles. Best part is I find out the car was in a previousโ€ฆ accident, to what extent we donโ€™t know. This contributed to the devaluation of the car. Ownership/management basically told me too bad. Nice customer service and satisfaction? I think not. Never again with this dealership...๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

  • Satisfied customer

5 out of 5 starsby Sue on 08/03/2019

I purchased an older used trade at a cost that fit my budget and need. I was confident that State Motors holds to their reputation whether they are selling a new vehicle or used. I walked away knowing that the vehicle I bought was sold toโ€ฆ me without misrepresentation. I will return for all required maintenance and inspections. Thank you Grant Family .

  • Never have I been so miss treated

1 out of 5 starsby Amanda on 04/17/2018

Never in my life have I ever been so miss treated. I set up an appointment to look at a 2016 MKX with about 22,000 miles, went in and took a test drive. I absolutely loved the vehicle. After the test drive we went into the dealership to runโ€ฆ the numbers on my trade. When the sales associate came back, he asked me to come into his office. He told me what he would give me for my trade (which was a complete low ball), talked to me about leasing then told me that he would run some numbers and get back to me tomorrow. I though this was rather strange but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. The next day, when I hadn't heard from him, I emailed him asking if he had any number for me. His response was "our computers are down". Again, I thought this was weird. My husband ended up calling him to ask him some questions. After a couple of questions the sales associate said "to be honest sir, I didn't think she could afford it". Please note that he didn't ask for any financial information and didn't ask about my credit score. So in closing, I really should be thanking you for not selling me the vehicle. I went to a different dealership where I found an even better 2016 MKX with less miles, lower price, and more options. They also gave me $3000 more for my trade.
