Awesome buying experience

Our sales man Dominic could not be more patient and willing to answer all our… question. He walked us through the process and made this easy. by mg10125 on 02/23/2016I do not do this at all and have bought many cars in my lifetime but the Quirk Experience was in onw word AWESOME!!!!!! From the minute I walked in to when the deal was done. Paula Grimard our salesperson is just Fantastic.. Customer… first attitude and made it believe it or not very relaxing and fun to person my 2016 Tiguan R-Line... Jon the Sales Manager was also great and a blast to joke around with while doing the deal..... It was such a good experience that 6 weeks later My wife and I went back and purchased a 2016 Golf R.. I can't say enough about the entire experience except. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!Awesome experience!

We felt this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We did not feel at anytime we were being… treated unfairly. It was about us and not the number. they were able to give us what we asked for our trade and gave us a vehicle that worked for us and our budget. We would go back in a heartbeat!Great experience!

by sftwreengin33r on 12/13/2010updated 09/03/2025I had to take this time out to say bravo. The guys down on Quirk Volkswagen in Manchester really know how to do a show. I went down there my daughter wanted to get a car. I had to figure out what I was gonna do. We have a honda so i figured… she'd go that route. But the Jetta's got free oil changes and is a little better put together car. Russell my sales guy really knew this thing in and out too. My wifes actually going down tomorrow to take a look at the Passats they have right now. Nick and the other managers were very quick with the paperwork and stuff to so it made it real easy. I highly recommend going down and talking to Russ if your looking to get a car. The guys up at Quirk really treat you right.
