I've been a dedicated Ford/Lincoln customer since the early '70's and only five years ago my "home" dealership owners retired. After 40 years of excellent personalized service I was searching for a reputable replacement and someone… mentioned Irwin. Although they are over an hour away, after my first visit there for service on our Lincoln MKX I knew I had found the right place. A few weeks ago I decided to downsize from my much loved F150 to a new Maverick, and that led me to the Bowtie Guy", Seamus McNally, at Irwin. His, and their entire staff's courtesy, professionalism and caring are at a level rarely seen in today's retail environment, especially as it relates to vehicles. I wholeheartedly recommend Seamus and the entire Irwin family to anyone looking for a new vehicle or quality service on one you already own!

by Erin on 02/29/2024I went in to test-drive on a Sunday a used 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited I had seen advertised on the website. Alex T was the only salesperson on and had an unexpected busy day but he handled it with grace, patience, and knowledge. After… seeing the 2022 in person and reading the warranty coverage, I was a little skeptical. He explained the Certified Pre-Owned Warranty and I felt more comfortable. I took the car out for a test-drive and it definitely had what I wanted in a vehicle. Again, he was very busy that day but still made me feel as if I was a priority in each interaction. I never felt pushed to try anything else and he reassured me I would be able to come back during the week (finance was not available this Sunday) and we scheduled a time to come back to finalize the deal. He called me Monday morning to go over numbers and listened to my concerns and offered other options and explanations for me. He was able to schedule me to come in earlier in the day to get the car, spent time going over the features of the car, and again made me feel like a priority. He did a great job and I recommend Alex for future car purchases.Two salesmen worked well for us “old folks”!

He was as excited as we were when our new Corolla Cross arrived in our desired color “Irish Green”! We thank you, Seamus!! And then, as a… favor to Seamus, Glenn Beule became our “finish up” man. He was as patient as Seamus helping us to understand all that we needed repeating as well as becoming familiar with the new electronics of our new vehicle. As I recommended to Glenn when we returned for a repeat on some of the dashboard concerns, “Irwin should give a class to senior citizens!” Both gentlemen were very kind, courteous and knowledgeable. When we decided on a purchase, he walked us through the purchase process, called our insurance agent to transfer coverage, and even set up our phones on the vehicle. The finance office was… accommodating and the process took only a few minutes. There was never any pressure to purchase anything! Best buying experience ever!Tom Whitney was absolutely amazing
