I went in knowing which used car I wanted and Ashley was a huge help in making it happen that day and making me feel informed throughout the process, as it was my first non-craigslist experience and as I drove quite the distance.

by frankie on 05/02/2019Bought an SUV from Irwin Hyundai from salesman Erik Faro. Got a very fare deal and was treated like family. One of the drivers seat electric buttons didn’t work I found after arriving home. Living 3 hours from the dealership I called Erik… and asked what could be done? Erik worked a deal with the service manager that I could take it to a home town garage and paid 100% of the cost even though my warrantee was 50% parts and 50% labor. Thank you Erik and Irwinremove snow tires

I brought the vehicle in to check it out in March and everything was fine. However it started acting up about 6 months later. I made… the appointment to have it checked out but the car didn't make the trip. My first call was to the service department, they gave me the number for roadside assistance. They towed it about 30 miles to the dealership for free. From there The service department (Bob and Steve) performed all necessary work to expedite the process. My engine came in overnight and was properly installed that day and they made sure I had a loaner. Overall they were excellent and they turned a difficult situation into an awesome experience!
