Worked with me to get what I wanted.
by Anthony on 06/05/2019Flavio the gentleman who had seen my fiance and I walking into the dealership decided to say hello as he opened the door for us. Asked us politely what brought us into the store on Saturday. We explained our situation about needing a bigger… car for myself and work as I drove a legacy gt sedan. We went over many options and drove a few different models . Crosstrek outback and Forrester . About to leave because $ wasn't where we wanted it to be for the prices on cars and low trade in value offered to me on my car by grante, flavio went to grab his manager to see what could be done. Needless to say after some talking we managed to get a 2019 Subaru outback limited for the price we needed it to be for our budget and also threw in some extras. Had the car ready for me on Monday . Flavio was very friendly and wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. We would do business agian here .I had a fantastic time with Flavio

Flavio was very helpful and quickly filled out the paperwork for her to be able to test drive it. We found out that she… liked the sport model the best. After that Flavio was nice enough to let me test drive my dream car which was the new BRZ. Might have to trade in my WRX now for that. And I really enjoyed being able to speak to him in my native language ( Portuguese ).No Pressure Auto Purchase
by SS on 04/26/2019I own few Subaru and recently finalized the purchase of a 2019 model. Of course these are great vehicles, but more than that is the Granite Subaru dealership. Michael Wright the Sales manager and Charles Peters are exceptional in customer… service. They always go over and beyond - which make me part of their family. The price is right but please do your home work as well. I have been recommending Subaru in general and this dealership in particular to all my colleagues and friends.Best Auto Purchase Ever!

My salesperson, Alex Casey, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. He was an asset throughout every step… of the purchase! The Sales Manager, Michael Wright, and Business Manager, Patrick Norton, we’re both top-notch and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. There was no pressure from anyone in the dealership. I found this to be a great buying experience and recommend Granite Subaru to everyone!
