This has been the smoothest process to buy a vehicle I’ve ever had. Chester, Maria and Omar were very informative, welcoming and made sure things were taken cared of in a timely manner.     I was quite surprised and upset with the fact that Audi does not repair tires and requiring me to purchase a new tire for a slow leak. Looked at several independent Tire stores and none could get the E-Tron GT tire

  • No pressure sales process

    After bad buying experiences in the past with other dealers, I was hesitant to go through the process alone. Our sales associate Joann was a pleasant surprise. She helped us view the variety of inventory available and pick out a few cars for test drives. We found a fun Q5 that fit my needs. After a painless process we were on our way. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I didn’t want. Thank you for a premier experience doing something that in the past had been a very painful and anxiety inducing process.

Though he was not our main salesperson, he played a crucial role in helping us throughout the entire car buying process and continued to assist us even after the purchase was made. His dedication and commitment to providing outstanding customer service truly made a lasting impression. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Chester greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. Despite not being our assigned salesperson (Jacob was great too), he took the time to understand our needs and preferences. He patiently listened and guided us to what we needed through the process.     I brought my vehicle in for a comprehensive inspection of my brakes and had concerns regarding the keyless vehicle lock. Wido was exceptionally attentive and assured me that he would personally oversee the inspection and promptly update me on any potential issues. Throughout the process, Wido kept me informed at every step, providing reassurance and clarity regarding the status of my vehicle. I am pleased to report that the technician found no significant concerns during the inspection. Wido ensured that the keyless lock system and brakes were in proper working order, along with addressing other aspects of my car.   • Buying our car frm Audi of Las Vegas

    We flew down from Reno to Las Vegas to buy our car. We could have bought it in Reno but the car dealer here kept jacking up the price and didn't want to do a very minor repair to the car. Audi of Las Vegas got us the best price and service. We saved over $3000.00 which more than paid for the flight, hotel cost and gas. We still ended up saving over $2000 and received excellent customer service from Audi.

    Our experience was excellent. Our service advisor (Nikk) met us promptly, explained the work, and also had our vehicle handwashed. Afterward he went over the paperwork andmade a suggestion for the next servicing. Excellent service!

    I really respect the way Audi Las Vegas does business. From the time you pull into the service bay, they treat you with respect and professionalism greeting you, walking to your services advisor, the service advisor, explaining everything that’s going to be done and how much is gonna cost all while maintaining a clean store throughout. most importantly they delivered on their promise, they called when they said they were gonna call, and the car was completed when they said it was gonna be completed, most importantly It cost what they said it was gonna cost and it was delivered on time. Not much more you can ask for from a car dealership.

    The team at Las Vegas Audi was outstanding in every way. Through the years we have purchased many new cars but this truly was a masterful experience. The lead salesman Chester Giordano was the best, the sales manager Mark Attridge was helpful and very professional. The most exciting moment was we were introduced to our service consultant, Erik Honn, twelve years earlier he was our service rep with a previous Audi that we owned. We really liked our entire experience THANK YOU

  • They could give a F about you

    I bought a used $30K Audi from Audi Las Vegas. They made it very clear that if you don't buy the high dollar car off their lot, you are nothing. From the sales agent who will not make time for you "oh but I'm here till 7 pm, I'll get to you later" to the finance-lady who will try to get you to sign a higher APR loan than was verbally agreed upon with the excuse "oh that was an accident" It was total BS that she would have a different lender's paperwork ready to go for me and as soon as called out she pulls out the correct paperwork - SUPER SHADY! They overcharged me close to $1100 in taxes, which they claim was being sent to my lender over a month ago. This has yet to be received. I've received a blurry image of the check via text message and when stating that it is illegible you just get ignored. They claimed they sent it by snail mail so that it is not trackable at all. I will advice all my friends and family; even if they find their dream car at Audi Las Vegas: keep searching unless you want to be treated like you are absolutely nothing

    • Gaby, I had already reached out to Darin by email long before this review. I received the response that a check has been sent to lender and he guesses it will take a little time. So maybe instead of calling; why don’t you have your accounting team look at all the outstanding checks you have sent by untraceable snail mail and make all those customers, not just me, whole?

  • Five-Star Service at Audi Las Vegas

    We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish when we visited Audi Las Vegas to evaluate the 2024 Q4 etron. Our salesman, Daniel Rodriguez, greeted us warmly and wasted no time when we outlined what we were looking for. He introduced us to the vehicle, explained the features present and not present in the trim we were interested in, and answered all of our questions. And because we made it clear that we had roughly 10 vehicles we were test driving, he did not push us that day. When we returned later for the actual test drive, he was again incredibly thorough and patient. He was quickly responsive to every question (both during the test drive, and after we'd left the dealership). Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, he and the finance team were easy to work with, and they were fully transparent as we worked through the deal. The day of the purchase went smoothly, and Daniel offered to spend as much time on the lot with us as we needed to answer any questions about the car. From start to finish, we felt valued as customers. We would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and the Audi Las Vegas team to anyone else looking for a new ride.

  • Rattling

    I bought my Q3 in 2020 and had this rattling noise on the passenger side. My 1st maintenance I told service representative about the noise but never addressed. 2nd time they said that it was the fuel line. And I just gotten it service on the 19th of October and the noise is still there. I need this to be addressed asap, plz.

  • Mixed feedback on both car and dealer

    Came across the country to buy a used s8, for best part, car was as described, some moderate undisclosed damage (eg: dime size chips in carbon fiber mirror housings, missing badges where previous paintwork done, etc.). Salesman was great prior to and at time of test drive/pickup. It’s been a few weeks since purchase and I’m frustrated that I still do not have paperwork to register. I thought I had made it pretty clear that I needed this paperwork ASAP, and had been led to believe I would leave dealership without title, but with all paperwork needed to register. I left with just a transport permit (no temp plates) (car paid in full) and still don’t have title or documents required to register. Regarding car, I love the car. Unfortunately it developed a coolant leak while driving home with car. Car had a coolant system recalled/repaired just prior to pickup and I assume it is related, although I haven’t been able to have it checked yet. By some stroke of luck, it didn’t pose a drivability issue or flash a low coolant message until I had it home. So, love the car, was pleased with employees I dealt with, just displeased with paperwork delay and recall/service issues.

  • Underwhelming Experience

    Overall, not a great experience. Although I believe I ended up with a good deal on a 2023 Audi, the day and what followed, was rife with a lack of professionalism. From a combative sales experience, to a rushed closing that included a shady attempt to lock me in to a higher interest rate loan than what my credit deserved…it was shockingly underwhelming. Additionally, the car was sold with a tire that may or may not have been defective. When I returned to the dealerahip 6 days later to inquire about what they could do, I was met with accusation and combativeness from multiple employees, including management. Finally, they did do the right thing and replace the tire. And, as of today, I still have not connected with the general manager, who made a very weak attempt to respond to requests to discuss my experience. All in all, this has not been the experience I would expect from Audi, nor any luxury car dealership. I will likely not be servicing my vehicle at this location and I will not recommend it to friends.
