by alg999 on 04/11/2011updated 06/10/2025when in finance the man kept saying sign here and here wouldnt let me read nothing he said i have people behind you never got my warranty paper which they charged me for when they said it was free if you deal here you will need to grease so… it will feel better i would go somewhere else told me all liesIf they are willing to cheat me out of $200 what will they do to you?
by yvetteh1 on 04/07/2014updated 06/10/2025The salesman seemed very nice and we left with our new truck. They sent us home, 2 hours away, with a missing rim they said they had to order. A few days later I drove back to the dealership in our other car to pick it up and I returned… home to find it was the wrong size rim. So add another long trip to get the correct rim. Two month later and we were signing paperwork for the third time, I was told I would receive a $200 check for all of the trouble. Never happened, when I asked about it I was given a lie and blown off. If they are willing to cheat me out of $200. what are they willing to take from you?? I am probably one of the lucky ones..... There are too many other dealerships to waste your time at this one.
