Review of Mini of Las Vegas

The car didn’t require any service treatment for 2 years which is great, thanks Mini for making a great and reliable vehicle! The… recent service was for break fluid, tire rotation and check up on the electrical system. Everything was in fine working order, no problems. The people, especially Dawn in the service department kept me informed of the progress. Felt Cheated
by Mr. Lincoln on 12/13/2023Sorry state of affairs. I went to the service station with several problems in my car which i bought from the same dealership 3 months back. Right from the first moment the staff was defensive and more than helping the customer they were… looking for reasons and excuses to run away from any liability. For anything you show a problem they have an answer you better go and get it fixed at Lincoln dealership it would be easy for them to fix. Catch is No Lincoln dealership that is covered by Autonation in Las Vegas. If so was the case can someone answer why the hell they sold an extended warranty in first place promising you will be completely taken care of. If there is an electrical problem, they say they don't have it covered. If there is engine start problem, please replace the battery (and later you will be informed that sorry we don't cover batteries so please pay ~$500). Dealership did mention they did put a brand new battery while selling the car 3 months back. So apparently even that was not true. Later labor will also be charged separately. It wouldnt be wrong to say they smartly trick the customers with rosy promises and later nobody bothers. Within 3 months of buying the car from the same dealership I have like 5 problems in the car. Out of 5, they fixed just 2 problems and charged me more than $700 in total. They treat me as a VIP customer with the communication, video of when tech is servicing my car, making sure it is… clean when I get my vehicle back and the multi-point inspection. My Morning At Mini
by Mini Me on 05/16/2023My appointment was for 8:15. By 8:30 there were minis everywhere. Clubman’s, convertibles, and of course my little red four door. It was so cool to see so many different Minis. As I waited for my card oil change I received a video. I… opened it to find my car being fully inspected and for me to watch as it was being done. WOW, that was so unexpected! The people at Miniis oIf Las Vegas are really dedicated to their cars. A very pleasant change from anything we previously owned before. I also love that my car lets them know when it needs attention. One less thing for me to have to attend to. Wonderful experience! Perfect Experience

Outstanding service and support for my 2015 MINI Cooper S Convertable

I own a 2015 MINI Cooper S I bought from a private seller who was a criminal, and misrepresented a great deal about… this car. MINI of Las Vegas and Sean Bahr, my service manager, went above and beyond to insure my extensive repairs were managed well by his expert MINI shop mechanic and that my MINI was in great working order when I drove it away this week. Owning a car like a MINI incurs a higher cost of ownership than many less sophisticated cars, but after trying to work with 7 other auto repair shops/services around the LV valley, I will not trust any other establishment to take care of this MINI.
