Once things were pretty well arranged Jenelle, the sales person, gave me a call to check and see if everything was acceptable and to set an appointment to come… in and sign the final documents and pick up my new truck. Lease of new Accord

I asked to test drive the car a second time and take it on a longer stretch of open road, because I wasn't sure whether it had the "feel" I was looking for. The salesperson came to my place and… picked me up to spare me the Uber ride cost to the dealership, then she let me drive the car as far as I wanted. They also agreed to add some features (such as leather seats) to the model I wanted, and were able to give me the car in my preferred color. Very good experience. This will be my first Honda after several years driving Nissan/Infiniti vehicles. Everyone please RUN away from this dealer
by Chris on 02/09/2024Go ahead wasting your money there if you don't mind waiting 8 hours and dealing with registration issue. Purchased a car took 8 hours and could not get registered in DMV, Any one from finance department do not give a f about anything… after the car has been purchased. First, it took us entire 8 hours sitting there waitting for their finance department processing the paper work, and they have to replace the back tire, we made an appointment 3 days ahead before purchasing, we have been waiting all day for their technician just replace a tire, and when finally the technician got working on it, technician stripped a lug nut Lol. so they have to drive the car to the actual dealer get it fixed. They tried to make it up so offered us some free services, we thought the nightmare was over, but that was just started. When we try to register the car, dmv can not process it, because someone returned the car 10 days ago before we purchased, so there is still a lien or something have not been cleaned out so it is against us for getting register and getting the title. Autonation Honda East wont issue us the extended temp tag and told us we have to tell DMV to call so it can be cleared out. they did not try to help us at all. So now if we drive the car, we might get pulled over because of the expired tag. We came to this big dealer ship because we think they will make our purchasing easier, but this is the worst experience we have never ever been had before, we have to go through all these stupid bs because all these ridiculous mistakes this big dealer made. His consistent professional demeanor and patience with me was very much appreciated. I have… spent some time at several different dealerships...most were pushy or unknowledgeable about specifics when it came to fees and taxes. (I did my homework for some time before visiting dealerships). I was in the market to lease a vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted. As a female visiting predominantly male industry, I did not feel like I was heard and felt like everyone just wanted to close a sale....consumers like to buy, but do not want to sold. Troy Robina put myself and my family at ease and was impressed with his laid back, no-pressure approach and his many years of experience, knowledge and expertise. Will not payoff TRADE IN!!
by Eddie Cevallos on 11/28/2023I traded in my Honda accord and bought a Honda Pilot in July, and we are now in November the dealership underpaid my trade in by $96 and I sent emails and calls to the finance person and manager about it and they have promised me a… resolution but that has not happened and now it's on my credit report.Hi Eddie, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Trade in
by Frida So on 11/02/2023Before going to the dealer to trade in your car, check other options because the people taking care of the trade in offer for your car, they just go for minimum, I was asking for the blue book trade in value, and they said blue book does… not count, the sales person they are OK, when you buy car the finance department sales to you an extended warranty, one of the warranty they offer it is aftermarket warranty they said works the same as Honda care, but when you cancel the warranty they just give the phone number of the warranty company, and you have to deal with the warranty company and wait almost two months to get your many back, I am not going back to this Autonation honda dealer, even when you ask how to cancel the extended warranty they ask to many questions, like why do you want to cancel the warranty, check other options before going to this dealer, I just bought a car from here it was the only dealer at the moment with the car I needed.Hi, it's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar. Long wait
by Lioneln on 10/30/2023The people were great—friendly, helpful, and attentive. I spent about an hour between test driving the car and learning how to operate all the features. They were thorough in the process. But after deciding to buy it took an additional four… hours if just sitting there to get the paperwork processed and out the door. They had other customers and kept saying someone would be with me in just a couple minutes but then I’d sit for an hour before anyone came. An hour for someone to look at my trade in value, an hour to fill out the sales papers. An hour for the finance guy to get ready for me…. That seemed excessive especially since I had a two hour drive to get back home that night. Other than that they were great.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Fair pricing
by Carbuyer on 10/20/2023I believe I got a fair deal on my new Honda accord. This dealership has been more upfront about pricing in the past. I would have appreciated a little less haggling and probably is the reason I will stop buying vehicles in person someday.… Make sure the vehicle you buy has wibdow tint. The salesman told me the vehicle would be tinted but after they sold it to me they did not honor that statment and i am on the holl for the tint.
