He gave me his full attention and treated me like a friend rather than like a buyer. Sales Manager Jeff and GM Jodie were personally… helpful the make sure I made the right decision and got the BEST deal. Silas was there to make sure everything went right and was done right away. Everyone was low key, and there was no pressure. This was by far my best car buying experience in 50 years of driving. I highly recommend Findlay Lincoln !Lincoln Man 4 Life!
by ElectroBuff on 02/01/2017I was three (3) months out from my Lease Ending on my 2014 Lincoln MKZ. Silas and Alan were my salesmen. They are like Batman and Robin when it comes to car sales. They work great together. I took advantage of the early-bird lease return.… Findlay paid my last three payments on my lease. No pressure sales. Very smooth atmosphere. I picked the car I wanted and wasn't pressured into picking some more expensive vehicle. They respected my budget and gave me all the incentives that where due to me. I walked away with a 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid in Palladium White Gold Metallic and didn't feel dirty when I left the dealership. I will be a Lincoln Man for Life!2017 Lincoln Continental

Knowledgeable, no pressure sales experience
by jrmedved on 08/03/2008Visited this dealer to look into the 2009 Lincoln MKS. The salesman (Don Lewis) was very knowledgeable, honest, and low pressure. Took a lot of time to explain the car, value, pricing and financing options and made objective… recommendations that gave me the option to make my own decisions based on his information. Very much the opposite of the 'typical' car buying/saleman experience. Extremely pleasant sales experience, highly recommend this dealer and salesman.Wonderful Buying Experience
by jffleming on 07/25/2007I found the car I was very interested in via the internet so when I went into the store I knew the car and VIN number. The vehicle was easily located. The salesman was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to make sure we really… looked the car over. He covered all of the points on the vehicle and showed us how everything worked. Only then did we take a test drive. After liking the vehicle he took us through the process of purchase. I can't comment on the finance department as we paid cash, but the manager of the store came over and made sure we were happy and that things were going well. Overall it was a terrific experience and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used vehicle.
