Buying made easy
by VG on 08/07/2024If you’re looking for an easy buying process with a car salesman that is genuine talk to Tyler W at the Fernley Dolan. The car I showed up to see unknowingly was 40 miles away… and while Tyler offered to have it brought to me he knew… instantly the car Id really want was already sitting on the lot. I came in with an suv that’s a couple years old and left with one less than a year with barely any miles on it. From beginning to end Tyler is efficient, hard working and will go the extra mile to get you the deal you want. Any car purchase I make will be with Tyler only.

This is the third 300 we've bought since 2003. and I have to say that this was the best experience we have had when purchasing a new car. Salesmen, John Vaughan and… Rod Allen took great care of us and made sure that every detail and every question we had was answered. Many times, car salesman seem to talk down to women, but as the primary driver of this car I had lots of questions and never once felt as if I was being patronized. It was a very hot and very busy Saturday, but these men made sure that everything we wanted was handled quickly and efficiently. I would heartily recommend Fernley Chrysler Jeep to my friends and family.
