In Scottsbluff, Nebraska, this is the only game in town.
by t_moon on 06/01/2013updated 07/06/2025When I say I've bought a lot of cars from Team, I don't think most will understand what I mean. I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure I'm upwards of 8-10 cars in the last 15 years or so. That being said, it's obvious by the fact that I… continue to do my business there that I feel that it's a great place to shop for cars. I love seeing the price in the window and I just won't even bother with a dealership anymore that doesn't do that. I don't want to ask your sales guy how much it is. Show me the price and if I'm interested, I'll let you know. The sales guys are knowledgeable and aren't pushy. They know their stuff and they can get you into a vehicle that will fit your wants, needs and budget. They won't try to sell you more car than you can afford. They don't work on commision so whether you buy a $62k Camaro ZL-1 or the $2500 '92 minivan out back, they make the same money. It changes the dynamic a lot with that sales model. Take a look. I always work with Nick, but I know the others are all good folks too. Shop around if you want, but why waste time? Just go to Team and make your life hassle-free.friendly, helpful staff

by bgunderson01 on 06/09/2013updated 07/06/2025I would never recommend or return to team to buy another car or get service done on a car or truck there again. I bought a used car there in Dec of 2012 and was told I would receive a coupon for a free oil change, It has been 6 months and… still no coupon. When I contact them about said coupon all I get is the runaround. I have had family go there for service since then and they have had nothing but problems with team. Charging for work but never doing it or doing it wrong so the truck breaks down 300 miles later, My father in-law took his Toyota truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and the drivers side tire fell off the truck 3 miles down the road and in return did $20,000 in damage to the truck.
About our dealership
You gave them a single star because of an oil change coupon? And with all of those stories you mentioned, why would you have purchased a car their anyway? If those were true stories and I knew them to be fact, I certainly wouldn't go to the business to purchase a vehicle. Of course if they're exaggerations and I was mad about not getting my free oil change coupon, I guess I could throw them out there to try to run off future customers. I'm positive that if you just stop in there and talk to them, they would be happy to honor the free oil change. They keep records so as long as you haven't gotten a free one before, they shouldn't have a problem.
