Misleading Marketing Calls
by CarRater1 on 10/07/2017Do not trust any marketing information, sales flyers, special events, or phone calls from Copple Chevtolet. They are misleading and not entirely honest. After receiving a flyer followed by a promotional call and driving over an hour to the… dealership, the promotional call totally misrepresented a company offer. I will never buy anything from this dealership since they are not totally honest and forthcoming. I live about 40 minutes away. I just wanted a Mid Sized pickup and a great price.… I got both at Copple GMC. I will do all my future transactions with Copple GMC. My previous Dealer was a Chrysler Dealership that I had done business with for 25 years. They do not offer a mid size pickup. I also learned that buying a car was much easier at Copple GMC than it was at my Chrysler Dealership. I was treated better and offered much more. Erik, and anyone I dealt with made us have that feeling of Welcome. Thank you. Byron R. Engler The Lease Manager was also very kind and patient. Kirk was willing and able to work out the deals over the phone without us having to make multiple trips to the dealership. That saved us a ton of time and… headaches. Kirk was sick the day we came to look at and pick up the vehicle. We met Chris, the sales manager who made sure we were being taken care of. Mark finished everything else for us, show us the vehicle, test driving and educating us on the vehicle. The Copple Chevy team really worked as a team with us. Thank you very much. I have also already referred a friend, who is looking at a Traverse, to Copple.Great experience!

Much better than dealing with dodge or ford dealers in the area. Understood what we were looking for and worked diligently to find it in… a week. They saw the previous car I had and knew I needed a car very soon. They were all very… patient also helping me learn the car. I've never had a car with Bluetooth or OnStar and they help me set it up. The newest car I have owned was a 2000 so they made extra sure I felt comfortable in the car as well as about fitting into my budget. Very very great experience for it being my first time working with a dealership.Best Dealership Hands Down!!
