    I was greeted by a friendly woman named "daneece"? She wasn't aggressive, just made me feel comfortable. They were efficient. Took clues from me on how fast to go. Sped up the process when I was ready to buy, but were very patient when I was deciding. Jon Pieper offered service to me after my purchase - he told me I could come back whenever I needed with additional questions. I love the personalized touch and look forward to going back. Each person I work with addressed me by name and escorted me to the next person and never left me stranded.

    My husband and I ventured out to buy our first car together, neither one of us with car buying experience. We showed up to Sid Dillon with a $10,000 limit and a small-truck request. We were helped by Kawa and he was fantastic! He did not try to sell us anything we weren't interested in, didn't push price and looked for what we wanted. We were there an hour, tops, and he found us a little 2003 Ford Ranger for under the price we had set for ourselves. We thought about it and decided to buy after a test drive and many questions. The buying process was painless and explained well, I was so happy they made it simple. They went above and beyond to get us a second key to the car, covering expenses, and we have now had the truck for a couple months. We love our little truck! No problems, rides well, does what we were told it does! I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a painless car buying experience.

    When my husband and I were at Sid Dillon looking for a car we were assisted by Matt and Aaron. We never once felt like they pressured us into driving something we weren't looking for! They were very friendly, easy-going and very knowledgeable about the cars we test drove! From the time we got there all the way through the paperwork, we were very impressed Sid Dillon's service. This was absolutely the best car-buying experience I've had!!!

    I inquired about a car on the internet around 2130. Cody Spano reponded that same night with some options. I came to the showroom the next day and purchased a new car. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

    The sales personnel are very "low-pressure" and easy to work with. Our trade-in was a bit out of the norm, but everyone worked with us and we made a deal.

    Gene was so wonderful to work with. It was such a huge decision for me! He kept me updated for almost 2 years! I first stopped and checked out the Encores while walking my dog because I didn't want to be hassled by a salesperson. Gene greeted me and took me seriously from the start. I have appreciated his honesty and integrity throughout the experience!

    The wife and I were amazed at how friendly EVERYBODY was that we came in contact with when buying our car. People even opened doors for us that had nothing to do with our visit (nice touch)! It's obvious that everybody truly cares "how we're doing"!!

    This is my 3rd purchase from Sid Dillon. As a customer service and leadership trainer, I give them an A+. I am a very picky consumer and used to buy a new car every year because I was never satisfied. (I lost my shirt in sales tax!) Sid Dillon cured me of that and my Hyundai Elantra only gets serviced there - they kept me coming back and happy with just a simple free oil change every few. The staff in Service seems to stay there a long time and know my name, or at least, my car. They take very good care of customers and the waiting area and rest room is very nice. One year I even enjoyed Christmas Caroling while waiting. This time around, I was matched with the PERFECT salesman for me, Jamie J. That personalized relationship through the buying process made it enjoyable and not "the necessary evil" I anticipated. I owned my other car for 8 years and didn't know what to expect in buying another new car. Jamie kept it fun and I now consider him a friend (and want to send him lots of new customers because he's just that nice!)

    Mike Kelly and Bill Siefker went above and beyond in service for my new car ("O" Street). Shortly after I purchased it, I discovered a couple of issues which they immediately addressed and had fixed. They were super responsive, provided me with a loaner, and then didn't charge me for the repairs. I can't express enough how much that meant to me in what has been some difficult economic times for me and my son. You guys rock!

    We had a very positive experience at Sid Dillon. We took our Lucerne in for a recall on the key switch with no plan to look at new vehicles. Our salesman, Jamie Jordening, was especially helpful and patient with all our questions after we saw the Encore in the showroom. We came back to the dealership a couple days later with more questions and decided to purchase the vehicle. Jamie Jordening has been very professional and prompt to respond before, during and after the sale. Sherry Moore was also a pleasure to work with as we signed all the paperwork. Our experience was hassle free and pleasant from the start, and we have already recommended Sid Dillion and Jamie specifically to several people in the few days since we bought our new Encore. Thanks for great customer service!
