The only thing we were not happy with was the amount of time it took to get through the process once we said we wanted to by the car. We were there from about 11:30am until 7:30pm waiting for someone to do all the paper work. We did leave for about 1 1/2 hours to eat lunch and get our trade in vehicle.

Love my Buick Encore

Sid Dillon has a wide variety of Buicks all models and wide selection of colors. I was constantly taken care of while I was leasing my Encore. My daughter was with me and she found a car she wants to lease in the future. Everyone at Sid Dillon is so friendly. I'm very happy I went there.

Great experience with the sales and service dept. Kody was outstanding in the sales department. Follow up after the sale was great. The service department will go out of their way to help also .

The sales and delivery process is well "oiled" and much appreciated compared to the "old" type dealerships. We do suggest they not commit to making an appointment and then not notifying us they could not meet that appointment.

We enjoyed everything about our visit to this dealership. We eneded up purchasing a 2007 Sonata, and have been very happy with the car too. Nothing about our experience was negative. They were very easy to deal with on price, our trade in, and I felt like we got a good value. No gimmicks no finacing speils to sit through. Treated like a valued customer not cattle to move through, or chumps on the midway to take advantage of.
