    Great Service as always. However, the car wash has been broken a few times, I have been there to wash my car.

    I brought my vehicle in for a routine service check (oil change, tire rotation, fluid levels check) and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Josh was easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions I had. He also asked if I needed to be anywhere because they would have someone take me there while my vehicle was in the shop, however this was not necessary, but I greatly appreciated the offer. I am impressed with the diligent service and friendliness of the Ressler Service Shop staff.

    I appreciate being able to bring my own oil and filter. But on this particular occasion I had accidentally gotten the wrong filter. They had the right one for me and I was glad.

    I was actually visiting from out of town. I was experiencing a horrible burning rubber smell from the fan/heater and needed to get it fixed before I drove home (San Jose, CA). I drove up and a couple guys dropped what they were doing to shine their lights under the hood to see what was causing the trouble. Andrew stayed with the task the entire way, did some investigating and got it all fixed.

    Andrew Martin GM Service Advisor was the most courteous service advisor I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He explained the repairs nesecary and kept me well informed of the entire process! What a pleasant surprise!

    I can't say enough what a pleasant and satisfying experience I had at Ressler Motors. I made contact via e-mail. Almost immediately I was contacted by Lou Saucedo and he stayed right with me from start to finish - even providing services i would never have expected. The price from the start was excellent and I appreciated not having to haggle. Lou made sure I received every incentive I was entitled to receive. This was an out-of-town sale but I was very comfortable with it every step of the way. Justin was very professional and personable completing the paperwork. I have already recommended Ressler Motors to a friend that is considering a new vehicle and will continue to make those recommendations. Thanks Lou and Justin. You were great!!!

    First thing that impressed me the most was the ability to do most of the footwork over the phone. Being 500 miles from a good dealer this was important to me. Second was the professionalism all the staff at Ressler motors showed, everyone was polite, well spoken, well dressed and seemed happy to be there! Lou Saucedo was the best salesman I ever had!(PS I have seen a lot of them) I had a set budget and wish list and he delivered, and he actually called back when he said he would. As far as the product I could not be happier!! Chevy doesn't make a base model anymore in my opinion they are all well built mine is quite, comfortable, and powerful!! I purchased a Brilliant Black 2500HD Quad Cab Long Box 6.0 Vortec, 4 x 4!! When I got it home my 2 and 5 year old kept calling it IRON HIDE, like the black 5500 Chevy off of the Transformer Movies. LoL!! Looks like you guys reeled in 2 more customers early!! Thanks everyone at Ressler Motors and Chevrolet from: Your Friends in the Great White North Kyle and the Reed Clan.

    Did 4 recalls. A little concerned with almost 10 recalls on a 2015 vehicle and a vehicle that gets stuck in 4wheel drive. Not the dealerships fault maybe shouldn't have went with a chevy. Ressler is top notch, not sure the tahoe is.

    I appreciated a higher level of professionalism at Ressler than what I experienced at the other dealership I was shopping at. My purchasing decision came down to choosing the dealership I had more confidence in.

    Did not realize that 31 Dec would be one of the craziest days I've ever shopped for a vehicle. Also, did not realize at days end, that I'd been at Ressler Chevrolet for 7 1/2 hours. That said, your staff was amazing. 'Big Lou' Saucedo had called back/followed up on a simple question from a few weeks before and had already gratiated me over the phone. We met, found a vehicle, dealt, shook hands... and then the bad news. The vehicle we agreed on was already gone. Lou didn't miss a beat. Found another vehicle: We dealt, shook hands... and then the bad news. The 2nd vehicle we had agreed on was gone. Again, Lou didn't miss a beat and another player entered the equation. We'll call him 'North Dakota Jeff'. North Dakota Jeff (maybe fearing I might be ready to blow- but how could I have? Lou had been saying and doing all of the right things) accompanied Lou back to where I was sitting and knowing the two misses that I had just experienced offered the third vehicle in my quest... upgraded, for the same price. Where does that happen? Then was offered the comforts of the service lounge area with free coffee & soda, bottled water, and HOT PIZZA that had been ordered in while I awaited my turn in line for either Justin Schroeder or Chad Bishop where the financing was done. I'd started with Justin - on the first vehicle and was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, but by the time my turn in the que came up for the third attempted purchase of the day Justin was busy and Chad was hunting me down with a clipboard in hand. Again, a pleasant and professional experience. Could not have felt better about working with Chad Bishop as the finance/title/warranty/clean-up business guy. Even after his long day, he was upbeat, professional and positive. Understanding that we had exhausted the vehicles on the local lot, then Butte, Missoula, Billings and who knows where else, the vehicle we agreed upon was in transit somewhere between Detroit and Bozeman. Now 8 January, I'm aware that the vehicle has arrived in Bozeman and is being prepped for delivery to me. Enter Donald Javing. Donald Javing contacts me to make sure everything is exactly as I want it to be and assures me that all that I'm interested in is 'On Track'. Again, who does that stuff??. Ressler and Chevrolet has been MY ONLY AUTO SOURCE since my return home to Montana. The foregoing should explain why. As of this writing, I do not have my new Suburban yet, but have no reason to expect that the finalization of our sales transaction will be anything but smooth. This is why I buy Chevrolet... and do it at Ressler Chevrolet. Have I mentioned that Ressler's Service Department is every bit as professional?

    Experience was excellent. It would be nice if we didn't have to keep punch card for services. If you already have us in system it should keep track of all services and let us know when we get our free service.

    Everything went very well. Salesmen weren't pushy, they were very helpful. My only beef was the paperwork. Took quit awhile. I think they should've had more then 1 guy doing all the paper work for all the customers. Other then that excellent.

    Service was great! Dave Fredericks was very helpful and very nice. But they forgot to check one thing I requested for them to do. Had to make another appointment to fix the steering wheel lights this next Saturday at 9:00am. Forgot about the $20 off coupon on $100 service work in my truck when I went to pay. Tried to use the $10 gift certificate at a restaurant and could not use it because of a 20% gratuity charge at establishments like that the card doesn't allow full $10 amount. Called card #to find that out. Will allow full $10 at department stores and grocery stores. Only a few minor things kept this survey from getting a perfect score. But Like to thank Dave Fredericks for a great informative job.

    A little cold since the heater was broken in the waiting area. Oil change was quick though the tech forgot to reset my oil life but took care of that myself.

    Ryan was exceptional. Polite and courteous. I knew what I wanted and he assisted in narrowing down the selection very quickly. He knew he features of the vehicles I looks at and offered recommendations for accessories. Very pleased and love my new truck.

    Good service but it would be nice if the service person "volunteered" more information instead of having to know what is going on beforehand and ask a lot of questions in oder to get an answer. Ref TSB 11273B Why not tell me that this is probably the answer rather than "We have to find the codes in history before we can do anything" which we didn't get to until I mentioned the TSB.
