We received good service from the dealership service department. We… decided to upgrade to the 2016 Ford Explorer so we will have 3 seats. This is needed for our Grandchildren. Excellent recommendation by our sales guy Jim Muze who was specifically recommended by Dustin Timmons upon our first meeting a month ago. The process was relatively quick,… efficient and professional at ever turn. Jim was knowledgeable and kept in close contact with me for the past several months until our arrival in Billings and the acquisition of our new vehicle. Our experience to date at Archie Cochran Ford has been excellent. My husband is a former Ford employee in Alabama so we are familiar with Ford dealerships and we have been HAPPY with this dealership experience for sure. GREAT body shop experience!!Great services

In fact, all of our children have purchased their vehicles at Ford. We are a "Ford"… family!! they make it enjoyable to purchase a vehicle. We recently went in because our current Ford Explorer was totaled and we needed a new vehicle. One simple phone call to Ford and they were on it!!
