Title was not the current title, can't register car
by Jeff Harris on 01/04/2025We bought a car, when we went to register it we were informed there was a later title in another state. I asked the dealer for help. Someone is working on it last I heard. I called the dealer about the fact the temp tag was expiring and we… still have no title and they said they would call right back 3 different times over the last few hours. Finally I pressed to talk to the GM. I asked for his name because everyone I spoke to just called him the GM and not a name. He would only give me his first name. When I told him that was shady he pushed back that I didn't need his name. I kept pressing and he hung up. Now I have to find a lawyer to get this car taken back because I can't register or drive it.Vehicle purchasing

The car had been in a small fender bender and had some odometer issues 2 years back and… several states away. It took less than 30 minutes to sell our car, last minute, on the weekend no… less, Samantha was truthfully the happiest and most knowledgeable person I've ever dealt with at a Dealership. No pressure, just quick, honest and super friendly. I would strongly advise anyone who is looking to buy a quality used vehicle, to make AutoNation their first stop. Chris Eads left no stone unturned and actually did… research on the profession my wife is in, in order to deliver the most bang for our buck!!! As a Realtor she needs not only a means of transportation but a mobile office, as she spends a lot of time in her car traveling from property to property, Chris made sure she had a vehicle with great luxury benefits but also internet access, and great safety ratings !!!!! We will absolutely be doing business with these guys again in the future !! Give AutoNation a visit and ask for Chris Eads trust me you will come looking for a vehicle but leave feeling like a part of the family!!! She was the exact opposite of others I’ve encountered when car shopping. She searched for answers to unfamiliar questions and… didn’t guess or make promises.
